TALKING HEADS - "Stop Making Sense" (1984)

Before The Finn Brothers were "Only Talking Sense," Talking Heads wanted you to "Stop Making Sense in 1984.

The Talking Heads have been around a long time, and I'd call them a popular band, but they never had a number one hit song. The highest they ever got on The Billboard charts was #9 in 1983.

That hit song came off of this "Speaking In Tongues" album, and was titled "Burning Down The House."

The following year they came out with their film called "Stop Making Sense."

That movie has got one of my favorite videos of a 'live' song by anyone, and what else could it be?

I get tired just watching it!
